This is a little shout out for fresh milk. Yes, the food item that supposedly is so dangerous that the FDA requires that it be cooked and bottled. Fresh goat milk is about the same flavor as cow's milk-if it's fresh. If you let them pasteurize it and bottle it and then it sits in a grocery store refrigerator section for a couple of weeks, it is no longer worth drinking.
